Why This Resource Exists
Texas court access is not a single-database task. Sherri Jones, the District Clerk, keeps the 31st District Court record. Margaret Dorman, the County Clerk, keeps constitutional County Court matters and links to the LGS Online Records system. Justice of the Peace Precincts 1 and 2 retain their lower-court files, while each municipal route must be checked on its own. re:SearchTX adds a statewide electronic layer but does not prove that every Wheeler County case or document is online. This resource brings those verified routes together without treating distinct offices as interchangeable.
What Readers Can Find
- Docket paths: how Wheeler County criminal and civil cases are routed and read
- Dates and settings: ways to check a hearing with the correct clerk or coordinator
- Case lookups: how county, statewide, and citation searches differ
- Record requests: where plain and certified copies must be requested
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Texas court, clerk, or agency. Its limits are firm:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that each contact, fee, or setting remains current
Only the Wheeler County clerk or court that holds a case can issue its official or certified record. This resource can identify the route, but it cannot supply the document.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain search tools supplied by outside providers. Those providers operate their own services and choose their own prices. A paid signup reached through a tool may produce a referral fee that supports free access to this resource. We neither set those charges nor control the results.
